We manufacture corrugated packaging for e-commerce, food, retail and industrial customers across South Africa — from a single stock shipper to a fully die-cut branded carton.
Box construction
Regular slotted containers, mailer boxes, tuck boxes, auto-lock bases, pizza boxes and bespoke die-cut cartons. Every style is modelled in the 3D designer so you can see how it folds.
Board specification
Single wall B and C flute, double wall BC flute, E-flute for retail and folding boxboard for lightweight cartons. Board thickness is set per product by our production team.
Print methods
Digital CMYK for short runs and photographic artwork, flexographic for high-volume spot colour, and litho-lamination when you need shelf-ready quality.
Sustainability
Recycled kraft board, water-based inks and paper tape options. All our corrugated board is fully recyclable and locally manufactured.
Artwork requirements
File formats
PNG, JPG, SVG or print-ready PDF. Vector artwork gives the sharpest result on corrugated board.
Colour
Supply CMYK for print accuracy. RGB artwork is converted and may shift slightly on kraft board.
Bleed & safety
Keep critical elements inside the printable area shown in the designer — 8% margin on every face.
